Jobsite Management
NW Edge Construction manages your job site to keep your project moving on-budget, and on time. We know that specialized equipment for dentistry, surgery, x-rays, etc. all require precision construction for proper placement. Our process avoids unnecessary change orders by identifying and coordinating with equipment vendors from the beginning and consulting them throughout the project. We have have worked with most of these vendors on past projects and will be scheduling regular onsite meetings to coordinate and collaborate throughout the project.
Budget Strategy
No one wants to go over-budget and overtime on a project. We focus time and attention on the front end of a project with an initial assessment, meetings with you and your team, review of your plans, identifying expectations, and discussing possible sticking points before we provide you with an estimate. Our factory partners can build everything from office buildings to copper lined MRI suites to ridged stick built buildings, even full concrete structures in record time. This allows for the building construction to happen simultaneously with site preparation – saving clients time and money. Once the module is delivered, NW Edge Construction does the fine-tuning and finish work including reclaimed wood accents, marble and granite, high-end tile, murals, and full theming for your business. This leaves you with a beautiful turnkey building; fully finished, and operational.
